Touching and informative talk to come to wild time

Two talk attendees talk to Finn (man in the middle)

During a break: Librarian Breda Bollard talks to a library guest

The talk was well attended

Filmmaker Finn Van Gelderen, son to legendary wildlife filmmaker Gerrit Van Gelderen, whose TV show "The wild and the waters", together with Amuigh Faoin Spéir (Out Under The Sky) on which he worked on with Irish fimmaker Éamon de Buitléar, brought Irish wildlife into the homes of millions back in the 1950s, gave a very open and touching yet informative talk to an attentive audience at the Whitechurch Library on Taylor's Lane in Rathfarnham.

The day of the talk coincided with the 14th anniversary of Gerrit's passing.

The footage will go out on wild time on April 11th.
