Last Friday, December 5th, Thomas Janak welcomed Pauline Beades and Katie Mardin from the Irish Seal Sanctuary to WILD TIME. The two lovely girls proofed to be very compelling and interesting guests. Thomas also enquired about the progress regarding the new sanctuary/marine institute, which was supposed to have been build by now. As it transpires the Fingal County Council has revoked the promised funding. The Irish Seal Sanctuary now asks the public to send an email of protest to the manager of the Fingal County Council (
manager@fingalcoco.ie)and also ask to sign their petition on their
website. -
In order to raise some funds the Sanctuary is hosting a pub quiz @ Gormley's Pub in Balbriggan on December 19th - for more information call the sanctuary at 01 - 835 43 70
